Install in four steps
STEP 1
Unzip the download
Keep the Sieve folder on your computer.
STEP 2
Open extensions
Go to chrome://extensions in your browser.
STEP 3
Turn on Developer mode
Use the switch at the top right.
STEP 4
Load the folder
Choose Load unpacked, then select Sieve.
Use Sieve for search
Accept the browser prompt. If you do not see it, open your browser's search settings and choose Sieve.
Choose your options
Click the Sieve icon, then choose Open full settings. Pick your search engine, AI assistant, and how often AI is used.
After installation, the welcome page has a direct link to open Sieve settings.
